Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Eternity piece. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work, and operates alongside — not instead of — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If an item has a major problem, you are entitled to a refund or replacement and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.

2. Change of mind

If you simply change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags attached. Change-of-mind return postage is at your cost. We will refund the price of the item (excluding original shipping) to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

3. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover return postage and provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Sale items

Sale items are eligible for return under this policy and the ACL unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

5. How to start a return

To request a return, contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send items back before your return has been authorised.

6. Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process approved refunds to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days; your bank or provider may take additional time to show the funds.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, we will process a refund so you can place a new order.
