Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver your Eternity order. We ship across Australia and, where available, internationally.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it is dispatched.

2. Shipping rates & free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $100. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery within Australia is 2–7 business days for metropolitan areas, with regional and remote areas taking longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

5. International orders

Where international shipping is available, any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will do our best to help resolve any issues.

7. Incorrect address & lost parcels

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Re-delivery fees may apply for incorrect addresses. If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will assist.
